864 IAC 1.1-2-4 Engineering intern; education and work experience Authority: IC 25-31-1-7; IC 25-31-1-8 Affected: IC 25-31-1-12 Sec. 4. (a) The education and experience requirements of section 2 of this rule for professional engineer applicants apply for engineering intern applicants except that individuals with: (1) a baccalaureate degree meeting the course requirements of section 2(c) of this rule shall only be required to obtain two (2) years of work experience; (2) a master of science degree in an engineering discipline following a baccalaureate that is not in an approved engineering curriculum shall only be required to obtain one (1) year of work experience; and (3) the other degrees listed in section 2(b) of this rule shall not be required to obtain any work experience.
